Stress that we fell everyday might be very unhealthy for us. It was proved that too much stress might even lead to death. For example, imagine a situation of a man who lost his job, got divorced and for example found out that he has got cancer all in one day. He is probably going to die - to much stress at once. O course this imaginary situation is almost impossible but it makes you understand what I am talking about. That is why it is advised by many specialists to watch out for our health and avoid stress if possible. Of course sometimes we are unable to do it but we can do something to decrease it like take medications or meditate. Everyone is able to find his or her form of relax. I practice meditation for example as I understand how destructive the stress might be. I have seen a woman that had a heart attack during driving theory test. That sounds different as you wouldn´t perceive such test as very stressful, yet it is a fact. I think that she had to have other problems as well and all those thing combined together lead to such situation. Anyway, this is another proof that stressing is not something we should do. I hope you don´t have a lot of stress in your life and that you won´t end up as this woman from driving theory test.
